Keep the lawn edged, cut, and watered regularly
Trim hedges, weed flowerbeds, and prune trees
Repair cracks and crumbling in foundation, steps, and walkways
Clean and align gutters
Inspect and clean chimney
Repair and/or replace loose or damaged roof shingles and siding
In winter keep walkways and steps clean of ice and snow
In other times add bright annuals close to the entrance
Re-seal asphalt driveway
If needed, apply fresh coat of paint to the entrance door
